Operation of parking places

In car parks before the specialist clinic building, in front of the ambulance station, or in front of the rehabilitation institute the recipients of care can receive a free parking ticket for 4 hours at the time of admission. These free parking tickets are valid only in these car parks.

Parking tickets, season tickets and parking permits exchanged at the vending machine must be placed directly on the inside of the front windscreen, in a place visible from the outside and in a verifiable manner, so that the parking inspector can digitally record its data if necessary.

Anyone who does not have a valid parking ticket pursuant to 5. § (4) of Decree 10/2016 (II.19) ÖKT is obliged to pay a surcharge in accordance with 7.§ (2) of Decree 10/2016 (II.19).

If the vehicle

1. without a parking ticket, season ticket, parking permit or mobile phone fee,
2. with an invalid lease or license,
3. does not park with a parking ticket, season ticket or permit issued in the manner specified in this Regulation, or
4. exceeds the paid waiting time by 5 minutes for payments of less than one hour and by at least 15 minutes for payments of one hour or more,

There is a 1-hour waiting fee and a surcharge in each case.

In the event of unauthorized use, the surcharge request - placed in a plastic bag - must be placed on the windshield of the vehicle by the employees of the Operator. This shall be deemed to be the first demand for payment of the surcharge, which shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date specified in the demand for payment of the surcharge (hereinafter the first demand for payment).

The Operator shall take a photograph of the placement of the surcharge, which shall also prove the delivery of the first demand for payment.

10/2016 (II.19), if the surcharge imposed pursuant to paragraph 2 is paid within 15 days of the date of the surcharge, the surcharge equal to the amount of the fee. The surcharge is forty times the one-hour waiting fee for payments over 15 days.

Those who park only in Mosonmagyaróvár, but there a lot many times, can buy parking pass at a reasonable price, whether a company or an individual.
