Where is the E-support?

The link to the E-support ("Login" button) located on the main page of our website, in the module at the top right of the content area. Clicking this will take you to the e-support page.

What you can do with E-support?

Related to district heating services related to your places of use(s)

  • to verify your personal information;
  • to check the conditions of bills;
  • to check your current account balance;
  • hot water meter readings announcement and to check previous readings;
  • request for electronic invoices, or cancel your previous e-invoice request;
  • to verify your customer information;
  • manage notification settings;
  • change password if needed.

What information is required for registration?

Registration requires three additional details besides your username, email address and password to authenticate.

Prepare a district heating invoice that is less than one year old, and fill out the form with data see below:

  • your customer code (is a 5-digit identifier beginning with the letter U on your invoice);
  • the invoice number;
  • the amount to be paid of the invoice.

I can register with any amount of invoice? (negative, zero amount, positive)

Except for zero invoice, you can register with any invoice successfully.

How can I request an e-invoice?

Register in the E-administration menu item and after logging in, check the small box next to the E-invoice.

How can I withdraw my e-invoice claim?

You can cancel your e-invoice request in your personal account in the e-invoice section or in the customer data. (Uncheck the small box!)

Can I pay my invoices electronically from this interface?

Currently, this feature is not yet implemented, but as soon as its technical and banking conditions are met, we will make this feature available.

What to do in case of unsuccessful registration?

In the event of an incorrect, unsuccessful registration, the system will automatically cancel the previous attempt after 24 hours, so the operation can be restarted.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" and after entering the U code (customer ID) and e-mail address used for registration, we will send you a reminder letter containing your username and a new temporary password, which you must change when you first log in!
