In June 2018, we replaced our district heating billing system with a system based on advanced software technology.
The new system has more capabilities than before, the main innovation of which is the electronic customer service, where our users can get information about their district heating data, billing notifications, and request an electronic bill.
In the future, it will be possible to electronically settle district heating bills from this interface.
The process of sending email notifications about the completion and download of e-invoices remains unchanged.
